After being a stay at home mom for 4 years I was missing my creative side. Then the pandemic happened. It ruined so many special moments for so many. I wanted to bring my creativity and joy to others during such a hard time. In April 2021 Pop Charlotte was born! Working with balloons has allowed me to bring happiness to so many and celebrate their special moments in life.
